  • Tampa Bay Area Patients: The Hospital for Endocrine Surgery is centrally located at 6001 Webb Road, one mile west of Veteran's off Hillsborough (about 10 minutes from Tampa International Airport). We are located in the former area of Tampa Community Hospital. The facility underwent a $75 million renovation and is now the Hospital for Endocrine Surgery. Significant infrastructure upgrades support specialized thyroid, parathyroid and adrenal surgery, including radiology, nuclear medicine, laboratory, and pathology – all with an emphasis on endocrine tumor diagnosis and treatment. Local patients may choose to come into our office, located next to the hospital at 5959 Webb Road, for their consultation with a surgeon.   • Patients from Outside the Tampa Bay Area: 90% of our patients travel from more than 100 miles away from the Hospital. We see patients from all 50 states and many foreign countries on a daily basis. Because so many of our patients travel to us from afar, we've perfected an expedited process which allows you to condense the evaluation and surgery down to just one day. Any necessary scans will be completed on the morning of your surgery, and you'll go back to your hotel that same day after your procedure. We offer a VIP, concierge-level patient experience unlike any other hospital. We have partnered with five fantastic nearby hotels who offer special rates to our patients. We also have a private shuttle service which will take you to and from the airport and the hospital, so a rental car is not necessary.
